City Managers Report –
The City Manager reported on the following:
ü       White Bridge Reconstruction will begin on March 1.  Traffic will be detoured to Lake Ave through Auburn.

Mayor Lattimore questioned the design of the bridge relative to building a hotel on the north side of the bridge.

Resolutions –

Council Resolution #22 of 2004 authorizing the Manager to advertise for bids for the Cold Water Meters for the Water Department.   Vote: Councilor Jacobs, Hunter, Dempsey and Mayor Lattimore – aye. Councilor McNabb -Absent.  PASSED



Agreement Resolution #23 of 2004 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with ACRES International Corp., to complete the Second Consultant’s Safety Inspection Report for the Mill Street and Dam Break Analysis Inundation Mapping and Emergency Action Plan for the State Dam, in an amount not to exceed $46,000.00, to be charged to Account #HF8340.44AN. Vote: Councilor Jacobs, Hunter, Dempsey and Mayor Lattimore – aye. Councilor McNabb -Absent.  PASSED

Award Resolution #24 of 2004 authorizing award of the 2004 Chemical purchase contracts. Vote: Councilor Jacobs, Hunter, Dempsey and Mayor Lattimore – aye. Councilor McNabb -Absent.  PASSED

Council Resolution #25 of 2004 authorizing the establishment of a Cable Television Advisory Committee. Vote: Councilor Jacobs, Hunter, Dempsey and Mayor Lattimore – aye. Councilor McNabb -Absent.  PASSED

AIDA met Wednesday and appointed new officers.  Cindy Aikman was appointed Executive Director.  Councilor Dempsey congratulated her.
